can you ship to my country?

you can find the shipping + delivery policies here ! i try to ship to most countries inc. the US but unfortunately i cannot offer EU shipping at this time :( however our fourthwall shop for print-on-demand products like mugs, sweatshirts etc. can ship to the EU!

do you offer returns, refunds or exchanges?

unfortunately due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my artwork/products i cannot offer returns or exchanges as each piece is unique and only one is made!

the e-commerce platform does not have an option for refunds unfortunately so for any issues the best i can offer is a promo code for next time! i hope you understand! <3

i'm not responsible for any issues with postage after it has left my hands - if you need peace of mind please make sure you select tracked shipping and provide your email/phone number! if your item is sadly damaged in transit or lost please get in contact with the delivery company!

why do you have two shops/websites?

i'm a disabled + chronically ill artist who often struggles with chronic fatigue, chronic pain + issues with their adhd/mental health. i decided to brainstorm and came up with the idea of offering print-on-demand products using my own original designs as a way to make creating + showcasing my art to you all more accessible on my worse days when painting etc. isn't possible!

all the hand-painted designs, polymer clay jewellery etc. (i.e. physical inventory) are on this website and everything else (i.e. products using my original digital designs) is on our fourthwall shop!
